Ideal candidates will be “brains on” and eager to learn cutting edge building techniques. We specialize in fine carpentry and energy efficient design in the remodeling, repair, and new construction environment. Black Cat Builders is a small company - the owner wears a toolbelt and is eager to pass on his 25+ years of field experience. 

Now hiring:

• Experienced Carpenter: 3+ years on site experience, preferably in residential construction, leadership capable. $25-35/hr depending on relevant prior experience. Job offer is for either full time or part time position.

• Apprentice: no experience necessary - we will train you if you are ready to learn and motivated to excel. $18-25/hr depending on relevant prior experience. Job offer is for a full time position only. 

We work Mon-Thurs, 9 hr days. Schedule is flexible. This is an inclusive workplace - gender expansive folks and people of color are encouraged to apply.
